Deanna is a learning and development strategist, lifelong learner, and workforce advocate specializing in leadership development, coaching, and process improvement. Her work blends research-backed methods with real-world insight to create learning experiences that stick. She has led initiatives to reduce turnover, streamline SOPs, and design accessible training programs in agricultural sectors. Deanna is currently pursuing her doctorate in Leadership and Organizational Development, with research focused on burnout, supervisor support, and retention. She’s especially passionate about mentoring and helping others recognize their strengths, whether in the field or the boardroom.
