I develop and enhance learning management systems using the ADDIE and SAM models, integrating adult learning theory to ensure content is engaging and relevant. My LMS work includes designing multimedia-rich learning experiences, such as interactive modules, videos, assessments, and downloadable resources, tailored to diverse learner needs. I bring a blend of strategic design and technical skill, including coding and platform customization, to create intuitive, user-friendly environments. Whether launching new systems or enhancing existing ones, I focus on aligning content with learning objectives and organizational goals, while continually improving through feedback and performance data.
